Centre for Advanced Materials (UNION)
The mission of UNION is to increase the level of the scientific research and education in Bulgaria in the fields of advanced materials with application in energetics, electronics, ecology, medicine and pharmacy.
The new Centre of Excellence was officially opened on February 21, 2009. It consists of two modules:
Module 1 “Centre for Advanced Materials”
Module 2 “New Materials for Medicine and Pharmacy”
Module 1 unites research teams from two scientific institutions
