Venue
The Workshop will be held at Nessebar (Bulgarian: Несебър; other spellings include Nesebar and Nesebur). This is an ancient city and a major seaside resort in southeastern Bulgaria − 27 km from Bourgas, 64 km from Varna and 360 km from Sofia, 0-49 m above sea level.
In the middle of September weather is usually mild, pleasant for all kinds of visits. A few days on the seaside in Bulgaria may give an enjoyable tourist experience also to the accompanying guests.
Landmarks of Nessebar
It is one of the oldest towns in Europe, well known with its exotic monuments the Antiquity, its fascinating architecture of the Middle Ages and the National Revival period. During the middle ages the town was known as Mesembria (Bulgarian: Месемврия, Greek: Μεσέμβρια) In 1956 Nessebar was proclaimed an archaeological and architectural reserve and in 1983 the cultural monuments of the town were included in the list of UNESCO. Nessebar is sometimes said to be the town with the highest number of churches per capital.

There are many direct flights to Sofia from bigger European cities. Another possibility is to fly directly to Varna or Bourgas and then take the bus to Nessebar.
